Cherayil  homestay is an ancient ancestral house about 75 years old with slight remodelling, amidst rubber trees,  nutmeg  trees, coconut t rees  and  paddy  fields  at  Keerampara, Kothamangalam Taluk, Ernakulam District.  In front of it flows the Periyar Valley canal  which  is  good  for swimming  and  angling. There is also a  sub canal which is not very deep, where we can  practice swimming.  The calmness  and  serenity  which pervades the surroundings of the house is bewitching.  Facilities   1.
